But this time, it was a nightmare. I placed an order for three pairs, then sent them back for exchange. What followed was a confusing saga of waiting for me to contact them to clarify which pairs to exchange, despite nothing on their page making that clear! Out of immense frustration, I repeatedly sought status updates, only to find there was no way for a human to speak to a human. After being told to email, I received an automated response that "this inbox is not actively monitored." This huge red flag compelled me to contact customer service, hoping to resolve the mess.

Customer: I am incredibly frustrated with your exchange process. I sent back three pairs weeks ago, and no one contacted me. I've called and chatted multiple times, told someone from Returns would reach out, but they never did. Now I'm told I was supposed to specify which pairs to exchange, but your page doesn't make that clear at all! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the confusion and the lack of communication regarding your exchange. I understand how frustrating it must be to not receive updates and to feel like the process wasn't clear. Customer: It's beyond frustrating. I've wasted so much time. I even asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told there isn't anyone else I can speak with on the phone. What kind of customer service is that? CS Rep: I understand your concerns about speaking with a supervisor. I assure you I can assist you with your refund request directly. I've noted your feedback about our escalation process. Customer: At this point, I just want a full refund. Your company clearly doesn't care; I even emailed your service address as advised, only to get an automated message saying the inbox isn't monitored. How can you expect customers to resolve problems? CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear that. I will process a full refund for your order right away. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear. I've also flagged the issue with the unmonitored email for internal review.
